1st Annual Downeast Writers Conference

Charlotte Robertson recently announced word of a writers conference that she believes will be a both a pleasant and productive experience -- the 1st Annual Downeast Writers Conference.

Robertson notes, "We have taken out advertising, but I know all writers do not see the magazines."

Robertson is a former director of a public library, a founder and sponsor of a writer's public forum,a founder of a literacy council, a founding member of a state Center for the Book, a board member for the state humanities.
