Five Things to Do When the Listserver or ISP Treats Your Email Like Spam

  1. Use a web-based account like Yahoo, Gmail, Fastmail.fm, or Mail.com.
  2. If you use one of these services, you should checked the "blocked address" list on a regular basis.
  3. Include all address from which you expect to receive mail in your email address book.
  4. If your ISP provides "white-listing" services enter every address you expect mail from, including the addresses of list administrators and of the list server itself.
  5. Contact your ISP and report the list server address as legitimate email sources.
