"In Stereo Where Available," and Podcast Too
IWW member and novelist Becky Anderson reported ...
As a promotion bit for my novel, I was interviewed by my publisher for a bit on their Blog Talk Radio show. I am posting a link for it here, however, because I also made sure to put in a pitch for the Internet Writing Workshop. I didn't push it too far (i.e., give a URL) because I wasn't sure my publisher would be keen on my distracting attention from pitching my own novel, but as a longtime fan of the workshop I did want to sneak it in there.
In the interview I also give a mention to Desperado City, my novel coming out in August '09 that was critiqued in full on Novels-L. When I say "in full" that's a bit misleading, because its critiquers would be pretty amazed by the degree of revision. Still, all the characters remain, from the lovelorn D&D geek to the Quaker snowboarder who may or may not be a lesbian. The cover is now up on Amazon, in case any of its 70-person critiquing team is interested.
Listen to the interview here, remembering Becky is the last of the authors appearing in the half-hour show.
