Rainstorm Press has just released the Kindle version of their latest anthology, I'll Never Go Away Vol. 2, which is 22 stories about stalkers. The paperback is due to be released in the near future. http://tinyurl.com/d6p7reb

My story, “Protector,” is included and was critiqued on the fiction list, I think last year sometime. So, thank you, guys for helping me to pound the dents out of this one.

Edith Parzefall

Rosalie Skinner hosted me with a photo excerpt of Crumple Zone, my psychological suspense novel set in the Atacama Desert in Chile. http://rosalieskinner.blogspot.de/

Francene Stanley also hosted me with another photo excerpt from Crumple Zone. The great thing about exploring Chile's Atacama Desert is that you're never far from the sea.

I'm pleased to yahoo that, along with the lovely small presses that have/are publishing books of mine this year (Mainly Murder Press, Casey Shay Press, Harvard Square Editions), my agent just negotiated a two-book deal with St. Martin/Minotaur. The first of the two books, Asylum, is already written; I'm going to Montreal this summer to research the second one. My hope is that it will be an ongoing series. Doing the happy dance on a stormy day on Cape Cod...

I've a poem, “Other Tongues,” up at Wild Violet.
With many thanks to the Poetry List for their help with this one.
