IWW Members' Publishing Successes

Theresa A. Cancro

One haiku of mine has been republished in The Weekly Avocet, #277 (March 25, 2018).

My original haiku has been published, along with a photo by Joanne Olivieri, in Stanzaic Stylings.

My micro-fiction humor work, "In Sickness and In Health" has recently been published on The Short Humour Site. It's a wacky story of marriage and somnambulism. Check it out. Thanks to the members of the Practice list who looked at a proto-version of this piece about two years ago.

The Short Humour Site is a fun online collection of flash-comedy pieces. I don't know how discriminating they are, but they've published Wayne Scheer and David Gregory among others from this lists (I feel pretty honored to be in the same place as those two). They accept stories between 300-550 words.

The editor decided on the story and had it posted within 24 hours, which is a good turn around. Practice members, I'm looking your way since you write within these guidelines weekly.
