My story "Lake Banook, 1948" is now online at Fictive Dream. I drafted this story in 2006 after spotting an historical marker near a lake. I rewrote it last fall and need to thank Paul Pekin, Joe Follansbee, Stella Gutierrez, Frank Zielony & Mark Kline for their feedback and suggestions.
