My story "Longing for Normal" was published by the Literary Yard, an online journal based in India. (The journal has very high acceptance rates if anyone is looking to build their publication credits.)

I think this was the second story I ever submitted to the Fiction Group, more than 18 months ago - it has cruise ship workers, an island in the Bahamas, and a brain tumor.

This is a much leaner version of the story thanks to the feedback of Melissa Daly, Aaron Troye-White, Wayne Scheer, Paul Pekin & Siewleng Torossian.
