IWW Members' Publishing Successes
Jeaunice Burnette
I recently won third place in the 2021 United Haiku and Tanka Society
"AHA" Haiku Contest. My winning entry was: Dave Gregory
I've fallen behind in the self-promotion department but have published four stories since the start of the year.
The first story I ever submitted to the Fiction group (2017), "Praia da Ursa" was reprinted in the print anthology To Be or Not To Be a Writer on January 31.
"Queen Firefly" appeared in the online journal Backchannels on February 1.
"Trevor Is An Addict" appeared in issue #97 of the British print-only journal, the Frogmore Papers, on February 25.
"No Tulips In Kenya" appeared in the Australian online journal StylusLit on March 1.
Thanks to everyone in the Fiction group who took the time to critique these four stories. Your time and feedback has been greatly appreciated. You're the reason I'm able to publish so often.
