My flash fiction piece, "Don't Fear the Reaper," has been published by Bombfire Lit. This went through the gauntlet on the Fiction list last year and is all the better for it. So thanks to them for making this worthy of sending out into the literary wild.

Pamelyn Casto

My poem, "Edinburgh, Scotland: A Duet," was published by StepAway magazine. This is a magazine for flaneurs. My duet is with the great Robert Burns. Three of my stanzas end in lines from his poem "Address to Edinburgh."

My interview with Mark Budman was published yesterday. It is part of the Master's Series I'm doing for OPEN: Journal of Arts & Letters.

For the project, I get to interview someone I consider to be a master of flash literature. The project, a short book, is composed of my interview, a craft essay on flash literature, and five or six short-short pieces.

I think the project turned out great. I'm betting you'll enjoy it too.
